Multi-Storey Car park in Flemingate

We don’t yet know the capacity of the multi-storey car park to be built on the Flemingate Development site, but again we have to ask, where are all these vehicles  going when they leave Flemingate? Turning right (West) and either passing the Minster or towards the  Grovehill railway crossings, or to the left (East) towards – Swinemoor Lane?
